The availability of commercial or other composting and recovery services varies by location. A product being certified compostable does not guarantee that suitable collection or processing infrastructure is available in every location.

5. Pricing and availability
Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST is added at the applicable rate. Product prices and availability are subject to change.
We may correct pricing, product information or availability errors and may cancel or amend an affected order where necessary. If this occurs after an order has been submitted, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
6. Orders and account information
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, incorrect information or pricing has been published, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
